1. Who can use Even8

Even8 can be used by people aged 13 and up. By registering, you confirm you meet this requirement and that the information you provide (name, email, date of birth, etc.) is accurate.

2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for any activity under your account. Let us know right away at support@even8.app if you suspect unauthorized use.

3. How Even8 works

Even8 helps you discover events near you and offers additional features such as points/badges, the Lucky Wheel, the "Find My Number" game, and coupons from partner businesses. These features may change, be added, or be removed over time, at our discretion.

4. Points, Diamonds and Rewards

Points, badges, and diamonds earned within Even8 have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and are not transferable property. We may adjust, limit, or remove them at our discretion (e.g. in case of abuse), notifying users where possible.

5. Coupons and Partner Businesses

Coupons offered by partner businesses are subject to each business's own specific terms (validity, restrictions). Even8 facilitates distribution and validation of coupons but is not responsible for the quality of products/services offered by partner businesses.

6. Prohibited conduct

Not allowed: creating fake accounts, manipulating the points/game systems (bots, multiple accounts), harassing other users, uploading illegal or offensive content, or any attempt to damage or misuse the service.

7. Your content

When you upload a profile photo or write an event review, you grant us a non-exclusive license to display it within the service. You're responsible for making sure your content doesn't infringe on others' rights. We may remove content that violates these Terms.

8. Changes and termination

We may update these Terms from time to time — the updated version is published on this page. We may suspend or delete an account that violates the Terms. You can delete your own account at any time from within the app.

9. Limitation of liability

Even8 is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we don't guarantee uninterrupted operation and aren't liable for indirect damages arising from use of the service.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Albania.
